We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to lead daily office operations and manage a team of Protection Specialists and Supervisors in the field.

Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire scope of our office and business administration.
Effectively communicate daily operation directives from the Chief Executives of KT Protection Services, the Operations Manager, and the Scheduling Manager.
Provide excellent quality customer service to clients and enforce company policies and procedures.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Highly motivated, thinks and works independently, quick and critical thinker, great problem solver, highly organized, good interpersonal skills, and communicates clearly and effectively.
Deep understanding of the security industry and operations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel throughout the facility as required to conduct safety inspections.
Excellent leadership skills.
Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

2 weeks vacation.
As an Office Manager, you will work closely with the Field Training Manager and Scheduling Manager to coordinate training for new Protection Specialists and Supervisors.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members are properly trained to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Additionally, you will be expected to address any issues that arise in the field, including scheduling conflicts and emergencies with aloha.
