This part-time position will work 19hrs or less per week, with NO benefits.

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Financial Director, the accounting assistant will perform supportive functions in the accounting department which includes assisting in preparation of billing statements, maintaining files, tracking inventory of the agency's assets, and data entry using QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to perform various bookkeeping and job related duties.
Minimum Qualification Requirements General
Experience:
Six months of work experience which demonstrated knowledge of arithmetic and spelling, and the ability to follow oral and written directions, write simply and directly, with observation of differences to make accurate and defined correction related to words and numbers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
