The Donor Relations Coordinator will report directly to the Donor Relations Supervisor.
The Donor Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent major donor and member support and stewardship, responding to emails and special requests, updating database files, running reports, and compiling spreadsheets for the Donor Relations Supervisor.
This position is also responsible for providing general support to the Development department, while possessing awareness of cultural competencies and supports the organizations commitment to Pacific Whale Foundations Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts.
Applicants must currently live on Maui or be willing to move here.
The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred), exceptional customer service skills, strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe, and ability to learn new technology), organization, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 35lbs, and be committed to Pacific Whale Foundations mission, vision, values, and strategic plan.
