For the Manager of Health and Benefits Units , individual will manage supervise case manager supervisors and other staff members,coordinate, and oversee units for organization providing services toindividuals with disabilities in multiple locations. Responsible for day-to-dayprovision of services for program participants who are temporarily unable to workor who may be eligible for federal disability benefits.
The Post Career Advisor Supervisor is responsible for verifying customer's continuous employment for the past 30, 60, 90 and 180 days as provided by program rules and policies. In addition, the supervisor provides presentations in classroom and small group settings related to career advancement and retention department services. Performs office functions as required such as filing and retrieving customer's files for audit and inspections. In addition, the supervisor works to ensure that all retention specialists meet their weekly goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong management and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work with culturally diverse populations; ability to work across all levels of management and staff; prior supervisory experience. Computer skills including Word and Excel.
's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred (Master's degree is required at WeCARE). Five years of related work experience as well as 2 years employee supervisory experience.
For the Manager of Health and Benefits Units , RN with 5 years experience in case management, utilization review, rehabilitationmanagement in a public or private rehabilitation management setting. Musthave experience supervising case managers and
support teams.Must have experience working with individuals with barriers to employment in a large urban setting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
