BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Maui office . Client Services Managers at BAYADA leads field staff in providing excellent customer service, quality and profitable homecare services with focus on developing and strengthening referral source relationships, delivery and coordination of services and on-going case management. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and posses the desire for growth and professional development
Documentation, coordination and tracking of a caseload of pediatric clients
Staffing cases
Processing of field staff payroll
Answer client inquires, take referrals, and schedule home care services
Meeting with clients and staff to build exceptional relationships
Obtaining insurance authorizations for service
Assist in the recruitment of field employees
Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
At least two years professional work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated record of leadership and goal achievement
Exceptional customer service skills
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
Ability to think outside the box with creative and resourceful problem solving
